I have worked in care since 2010 constantly developing my skills and knowledge to be able to give the best support. I have worked in many areas including Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Clinical Care including spinal injuries and Mental Health needs. I have gained wide ranging experience from doing the domiciliary runs to supporting those having access to an education. I have been a Key Worker, Senior Carer, Recruitment Consultant, a Care Co-ordinator and much more over the years. I am also experienced in completing client need assessments and then create their care plans based on their needs and their personal preferences always ensuring a person centred care approach is followed.
I set up the business with the help of my father, Martin Lewis, a retired Business Banking Manager with years of financial experience including helping businesses from start ups to multi million pound enterprises. He is our CFO and provides regular insight and direction which is much valued.

Heather Lewis who has years of book keeping, HR, admin, payroll experience and who ensures we meet HMRC requirements and pays everyone on time. Her knowledge and expertise has been vital as we keep growing.

Care is not just a job, it’s a passion, and our Carers have to meet our ethos and high standards, so they in turn they make a real difference in the care we provide. Equally it is important to show our Carers how much we value them. Having worked for others I understand feeling undervalued or not fully appreciated. Because of this I have always wanted to be different to the amazing Carers who work through us. We take the time to support them, train them with the aim to go above and beyond, and help them in ways that others don’t think about e.g. provide transportation if needed so widening the opportunities of those who can work through us. We reward our carers with gestures of gratitude and appreciation. Amoure Care is more than just an Agency, it’s family! We delight to see the team in action so I can be found working alongside them on times seeing how great they are and the skills they have! We show loyalty and in return get loyalty and respect, and my team knows I will always have their backs if needed.

Hi, My name is Lin and I have worked in the care industry since 2014 - firstly working in a care home. One of my colleagues started his own care agency and asked me to join him and help build the business. This was an amazing opportunity and helped me learn a lot. Three years later I was headhunted by another agency and took them up on their offer and stayed with the business for just over 7 years.The skills and knowledge I have gained have been incredible .
